Eligibility Criteria
- Non taxpayer whose yearly income is below 400,000 Rs are eligible.
- If you have car you’re not eligible.
- Government Employee are not eligible.
- Transgender are eligible.

- Disable person will be entertaine on priority .
- Provide your CNIC or your family person CNIC at your turn.
- If you have Benazir Kafaalat programme letter then you can also provide.
- A token is provided you after completing your survey.
- If you are not include in the NSER survey then you will get a token for new survey.
BISP Data Registration Process
- You have to move to next Desk name, Data Entry Registration Counter.
- You have to give your CNIC.
- All of your details will be get by operator.
- The Data Entry Officer would may ask some queries about your family.
- All information must be correct.
- After that a token number will be give to you.
Completion of registration
- A message of completion of survey will be sentdto your registered mobile through 8171.
- You can also check your eligibility online from 8171.pass.gov.pk.
- After that you have to visit nearest BISP tehsil office show the received message to staff and they will inform you about your eligibility.
